Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee is required to order! Simply create an account and you're ready to order! No setup fee is required for any of our personalized products. There are no hidden charges. You pay for all the personalized products you want, plus the applicable shipping charge and tax if required. Nothing else. We do have artwork fees for any one or group who are ordering custom apparel. This is only applied to certain orders and we have more information on that in our "custom apparel" department.
How long will it take to get my order?
It will take 3-5 business days to process your order with items that we keep in house. This time does not include items that we are on back order for. Our special order items vary between 2 weeks to 4 weeks which includes ordering, receiving the item and creating the item. Each product has the specific time in each description section. Shipping time will depend on the type of shipping option you choose which will vary. Items ordered that are on backorder will take longer than the standard. We will contact you if an item is back ordered, when we are expecting it in, and asking if you would like to have a split order or have your order held. (A split order means that we would ship all items from your order that are in stock and ship your other items when it comes in.)During holiday times such as Christmas and Mother's Day, processing times move up to 20 business days. Please make sure your account information matches credit card information. We will not process orders that do not have account name and credit card name information that match. This is to help with the increasing identity theft problem. Also, if any information is missing from your order it will not be processed. When in doubt, always contact us and just ask what the typical processing times are at that time. We will be glad to help you anyway possible.
Shipping seems a bit too much. I don't want to order if I will be charged extra on shipping.
Please do not worry. We only want you to pay exactly what it takes for you to get your order. If you are ever charged for more for shipping than we need, we will refund you what was not used. Just understand that we are using a program from that shipping company. Mistakes do happen...but we will fix any outstanding charges. We are here for you.
What is the minimum quantity required to order?
There is no minimum quantity required to order for most of our products. You can order one of each of our products, or you can order a hundred of each of our products. There are a couple of products that have a minimum order quantity in our special order department and custom apparel department. It will be shown with each product if there is a minimum quantity.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
As much as we want to provide wonderful personalized gifts across the globe, we currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Please check back often as we are currently updating our systems to be able to provide this service.
Can I use Black and White images?
YES! Please note that what ever images are sent, are what they will look like on the product.
How big of an image can I upload?
Pictures need to be at least 300ppi The higher the better.
Can anyone else see my uploaded photos?
The only way someone else can see your images is if you share your username and password with them. Other than that, you are the only person who can see your images. If you have not created an account and you upload images, nobody will be able to see them unless they sit down at the same computer you used, and your session is still valid.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
First of all, always make sure you check over all details in your products ordered thoroughly to make sure that what you are ordering is correct. If you decide you want to change something after you've added your product to your shopping cart, but before you check out, there is no problem. Click to edit the item in your cart, and you'll be able to make any changes you want. We are unable to accept changes to an order after an order has been placed.
What is the Private Policy?
We want you to feel comfortable here. Any information provided will not be given or sold to any third party companies. You will only receive notifications from us about your order or about any new products that are new to the company. Please view our private policy page.
I want a photo ball of a sport that you do not showcase. How will I know if you will have this particular ball?
Contact our sales department. We will add and delete balls periodically and may carry the ball you are looking for but at a later date. We may just make it sooner if you are requesting a certain ball that may already be in our warehouse.
Is your company open for fundraising opportunities?
Contact our business department to give details such as organization, size of group and what particular products you are interested in for fundraising if not all of them.
How can I order if I don't have any pictures to upload?
We do accept mail orders. You can email us for an order form to be sent to you. You can send an actual photo, or even CD. Sorry but no negatives. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and cleared. When sending pictures, wallet or larger will do. Write what type and size ball you are getting, text for the top and bottom of picture and place on the back of the picture. We suggest using a blank address label. We don't suggest writing on the actual picture.
